    Beautiful, in a slightly austere kind of way. I'd forgotten you were going to Japan. Was it good? (I'm envious.)

    I can definitely recommend Japan, the people are great, the food was amazing, and the countryside is beautiful.

    The snow was brilliant too so snowboarding was a good part of the trip.
