Heavily unionised state owned city specific public transport organisation fighting a push towards ptrivatisation as well as a unified citywide fee structure. They aren't just bossy they're belligerent and obstructive; protecting their own little fiefdom.
They can be a bit crap too. There were a couple of crashes last year and one ferry ran aground and people were stuck until the tide changed!
They do like their signsin that organisation, don't they? (And they're a bit bossy too, if you ask me - which you didn't, but never mind.)
